How do I Book A Service?
You can book a service by clicking on the Book Now tab located on our website or by sending us an email at miramiraonair@gmail.com if the service you need is not available under our Book Now tab or if you are receiving a custom service.
Are Deposits Refundable?
All deposits are non-refundable. There are no exceptions.
What is the difference between an indoor shoot and an Outdoor shoot?
An outdoor shoot will be a shoot that will conducted in a public location such as a park, a coffee shop, location of your choice, etc. An indoor photo shoot gives you an opportunity to book a studio shoot completed with all equipment.
What is the difference between automatic post scheduling and normal scheduling?
Automatic post scheduling will be posts that are scheduled through a scheduling app such as HootSuite or Buffer. Normal Scheduling will be manual posting that will be performed by a representative of our team according to your social media calendar.
What is your typical turn around time
We want to deliver the best quality product to our clients at all times. Turn around times for each project differs however you can expect an average turnaround time of 5-7 business days for websites, photoshoots, and product shoots.
Do you have Payment Plans?
Yes we do offer payment plans. All payment plan will be set up prior to start of your service and will be discussed during initial consultation or during the following meetings.
