Cancellation Policy

Here at Mira Mira on Air we understand that life happens. That’s why we allow up to 2 FREE CANCELLATIONS. After the third cancellation of either a meeting or a service will subject you to a $15 fee which will either be charged directly to the card on file or added on to your invoice.

Tardiness Policy

All clients have a grace period of 15 minutes for both meetings and services. After 15 minutes you will be subjected to a $10 late fee which will either be charged directly to the card on file or added on to your invoice.

Late Payment Policy

What if I can’t make a payment?
If you are not able to make a payment you will have a 5 day grace period. After 5 days you will be charged a 7% interest fee each day that you are unable to make your payment. I you have if you have more questions please reach out to us directly.

dEPOSIT poLICY

All deposits are non-refundable no exceptions.

cOMPLETION OF pROJECT

Once your service or project is completed you will have 72 hours from the invoice date to pay your remaining deposit. If you fail to do so a 10% late fee will be added on to your remaining balance.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
